Matzo Ball Soup
Traditional favorite in chicken broth.

Roasted Rosemary Chicken and Vegetables
Chicken breast in a balsamic marinade roasted with carrots, peppers, eggplant and onions | Seasoned with fresh rosemary and garlic.

Wine Braised Beef Brisket
Slow roasted in a red wine marinara reduction | seasoned with thyme and coarse black pepper.

Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms (Vegetarian Option)
With spinach, tomato, roasted red pepper, and crumbled pecans.

Old Fashioned Potato Kugel
Shredded potatoes and onion seasoned and baked to perfection.

White Bean & Artichoke Salad
Cannellini beans and artichoke hearts with diced peppers, onions, and kalamata olives Seasoned with fresh parsley, mint and basil.

Mixed Organic Greens w/Portobello Mushroom Salad
With shredded carrots, cucumber and tomato | Cilantro lime and lemon basil vinaigrettes on the side.
