Shabbat Sustenance– For the Body, Soul, and Mind

We will begin our Shabbat morning experience with sustenance for the body – bagels and shmear, coffee and tea.  From there, we will enter into soul-filled sustenance, that may vary some from week to week, including mindful experiences of prayer, music, meditation or yoga. The remainder of our time together with be sustenance for the mind, a time of conversation and insight. Come for the food, stay for the spirit – we hope you will join us on this nourishing Shabbat morning journey!

Ahh, it’s finally Friday! Beginning August 31, come celebrate the last Friday of every month with us! We will have a family-mindful service for the entire community, followed by oneg and dinner. Wine will be provided. Registration for dinner is required.

Join us after Shabbat services on the last Friday of every month for a delicious Mediterranean dinner and a sweet Oneg!

Sermon in Song – Kol Shirah Winter Concert

Come join us for a wonderful Erev Shabbat concert – by our very own adult volunteer choir, Kol Shirah! They will perform traditional Shabbat and Chanukah melodies, directed by our choir director and accompanist, Mike Langlois.

As always, the concert and our service will be followed by a delicious Oneg to continue the sweetness of Shabbat!
