Jewish life and practice can help us to see what really is and what really can be. We explore Jewish wisdom together about how to navigate through our lives and find fulfillment and well-being.

In our sanctuary, join me for a weekly drop-in where we will explore contemplative practices and exercises framed by a mussar (character) trait. The weekly trait will be noted in the weekly synagogue email. We will use the teachings of Mussar with mindfulness practices to create a weekly space for open approaching the multiple spiritual dimensions of Jewish tradition and Jewish living.
