Want to learn more about ShulCloud, NVHC’s new member portal? We will host two online information/training sessions via Zoom open to any congregant who has questions about ShulCloud or just wants to learn more. These one hour sessions will both take place on Thursday, April 18.

Q: How can I log in to ShulCloud?

A: You will receive an email inviting you to log in and create/update your profile.

Q: What if I never received the email inviting me to create my profile?

A: Please email Emily Hummel at emily@nvhcreston.org and we will send you a new email invitation.

Q: What if I do not want to make payments online?

A: You may continue to send in checks or call the office with a credit card number to make payments. If you choose to send checks, we ask that you send them to the following address:

Q: I am more comfortable sending my checks to NVHC directly. Can I still do so?

A: Absolutely. If you are more comfortable sending your check to NVHC or dropping your check off at the office in person, you are free to continue to do so. Please note that the check may take a little more time to process and post to your account.

Q: Can I still receive my financial statements in the mail?

A: We will be “going green” by utilizing an email statement delivery process where you will receive your statement via email with the option of making secure, online payments by credit card or ACH/echeck for all or a portion of your open balances. If you wish to continue receiving paper statements in the mail, please email Mozelle Stanton at mozelle@nvhcreston.org or contact the office at (703) 437-7733.

Q: How do I determine what information is shared in the online household directory?

A: After logging into ShulCloud, click on “My Household Profile.” Here, you will see a dashboard of options (“buttons”) related to your profile. Click on “Edit My Directory Listing” to control what kind information is viewable in our online household directory.

Q: ShulCloud doesn’t seem to be working properly on my computer. What do I do?

A: ShulCloud works best on Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers. Please use one of those.
