She is a bold and innovative Jewish leader who believes that Judaism is a spiritual way to respond to the joys and sorrows of being human. She holds degrees in Guidance Counseling\, Education\, and Teacher of Hebrew as a Second Language. Rabbi Bass has served Jewish communities of congregations in Northern Virginia\, White Plains\, NY\, and Hoboken\, NJ. She has also served as a Fellow at the Center for Learning and Leadership (NY) and as a Rabbi-in-Residence and teacher of Talmud in Bergen County\, New Jersey.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a morning of games\, prizes\, and fun! Our Purim carnival is open to all Kehillat Limmud students ages 0-12. We’ll have games for bigger kids in the Social Hall and outside\, with quieter and smaller games by the playground for our younger friends. \nThe Purim Carnival is also the site for our annual Hamantashen Baking Competition! The competition is fierce and the results are always tasty. Each attendee of the carnival (and their families) can purchase a cookie for a dollar and all proceeds benefit Helping Hungry Kids.
