In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth. But before he created the Heavens and the Earth, He created the beginning. Time was the first and most important creation. It is the foundation for everything that has happened since. This class will look at Jewish tradition through the lens of the various cycles of Jewish time. The day, week, month, year, and multi-year cycles. Why are each of these important and what is the spiritual root of each. How can we use this knowledge to realize our own spiritual potential and position ourselves for growth.

Click here to register! You will receive the Zoom link prior to the beginning of class.

Adam Cohn holds a degree in religious studies from the University of West Florida. He has taught Judaism for more than 30 years at Reform congregations in Florida, Georgia and Virginia. Currently, he resides in a Mickey Mouse town in central Florida with his wife, three of his four children and an aging dog. He has an intense love of the Jewish people in all of our crazy forms and incarnations. His unique Jewish perspective is focused on revealing the deep and practical meaning in our tradition that is often hiding in plain sight.
